Hyderabad, April 13 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Monday criticised the Centre for what he termed as "unnecessary haste" in convening special Parliament sessions on constituency delimitation and the Women's Reservation Bill, alleging that both issues were being deliberately linked for political reasons.
Speaking to the media at the Secretariat, here in the evening, he said delimitation and women's reservation are unrelated and should be discussed and implemented separately with clear procedures.
He accused the Centre of creating a narrative that the opposition was not cooperating by combining the two issues.
