Hyderabad, May 21 -- The Congress party on Thursday observed the death anniversary of former Prime Minister and Bharat Ratna awardee Rajiv Gandhi across Telangana, with Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy is leading tributes near the Secretariat in Hyderabad.
