Hyderabad, July 24 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Friday directed officials to establish a Special Bureau for traffic management and road safety and stressed the need for scientific planning and technology-based solutions to address traffic congestion and road accidents.
Chairing a review meeting on traffic management, road safety, drug control and general security at MCRHRD Institute here, the Chief Minister instructed officials to finalise the organisational structure and guidelines for the proposed bureau after conducting a comprehensive study of traffic conditions across the state.
