Hyderabad, July 7 -- The Telangana Chefs Association (TCA) on Tuesday celebrated its seventh anniversary by organising the "Safe Food-Safe Nation Conclave" in Hyderabad, with leading chefs and industry experts calling for higher food safety standards and greater global recognition for Indian cuisine.

Speaking at the conclave, TCA Founder President Chef Dharmender Lamba said the chef's coat symbolises trust and responsibility, urging culinary professionals to uphold the highest standards of food safety.

He stressed that protecting public trust through safe food practices should remain the foremost responsibility of every chef.
