Hyderabad, March 14 -- Condemning the Congress leader for allegedly flouting rules in Parliament and insulting democracy, Telangana BJP leaders, led by state president N. Ramchander Rao, burnt an effigy of Rahul Gandhi in front of the party's state office on Saturday.

Addressing the media, Rao criticised Congress MPs for sitting on Parliament steps, drinking tea, and behaving "as if it were a picnic spot," despite clear regulations prohibiting gatherings at the entrance.
