Hyderabad, July 28 -- The inaugural meetings of the Telangana Legislative Assembly's Committee on Government Assurances, Committee on Rules, and Ethics Committee were held on Tuesday in the Speaker's Chamber.
Assembly Speaker Gaddam Prasad Kumar and Legislative Affairs Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu attended the meetings along with committee chairpersons, members, and senior Assembly officials.
Addressing the gathering, the Speaker said the committees play a crucial role in strengthening parliamentary democracy.
