Mahabubnagar, May 17 -- A tragic incident in Jadcherla town of Mahabubnagar district took a dramatic turn after a young man, who allegedly murdered a 22-year-old woman by slitting her throat, died while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
The deceased woman was identified as Vaishnavi (22), a resident of Nimmabavigadda in Jadcherla town and an employee of SVKM School in Polepally SEZ.
According to police, the accused, identified as Teja alias Ramchander (28), allegedly attacked Vaishnavi with a knife near her residence on Saturday evening while she was returning home from work.
