Hyderabad, Sept. 10 -- : Telangana Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju on Thursday directed officials of the Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM) to prepare a comprehensive action plan to facilitate 10,000 overseas placements for youth from the state during the current year.
Jaju reviewed the functioning and activities of TOMCOM at a meeting held at the Secretariat here and discussed measures to substantially scale up its overseas employment initiatives.
He said the primary objective of TOMCOM should be to create more employment opportunities for Telangana youth by connecting them with legitimate and suitable job opportunities abroad.
