Hyderabad, April 24 -- Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao on Friday launched a sharp attack on the state government over the death of RTC driver Shankar Goud, terming it "not a suicide but a murder" allegedly caused by the policies of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.
In a post on social media platform X, Rama Rao alleged that Shankar Goud was driven to take the extreme step due to "grave injustice" faced by RTC workers over the past two and a half years. He criticised the authorities for not allowing the driver's mortal remains to be taken to the Narsampet depot for homage.
