Hyderabad, July 24 -- Telangana Government Whip Dr Balmoor Venkat on Friday launched a sharp attack on BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR), alleging that he should clarify his alleged links with Globarena and explain why the company was awarded contracts despite facing cases and being liable for blacklisting.
Addressing the media at Gandhi Bhavan, Dr Venkat questioned how the contract for conducting Intermediate examinations in 2019 was awarded to Globarena, claiming the company lacked the required qualifications and experience and had already faced cases at JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Hyderabad. He alleged that the contract was awarded in violation of tender norms and court orders and questioned why the company was not blacklisted.
