Hyderabad, Sept. 3 -- Ajman is targeting a significant increase in Indian tourist arrivals, with officials aiming to double the number of visitors from the country following a 12 per cent growth between 2023 and 2025.
Speaking at a tourism roadshow in Hyderabad, Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture & Media Director General H.E. Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi said India has emerged as one of Ajman's most important tourism markets.
Officials said around 75,000 Indian tourists stayed in Ajman hotels last year, while the actual number is higher as many visitors stay with relatives or in other Emirates.
