Patna, April 5 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Leader of Opposition Tejaswi Yadav on Sunday launched a scathing attack on the NDA government in Bihar, alleging that the state continues to lag behind on most socio-economic and human development indicators despite over two decades of its rule.

Citing a range of data points on his social media account X, Yadav claimed that Bihar ranks among the lowest in the country in per capita income, agricultural earnings, investment, consumption and electricity usage. He also alleged that the state continues to face high levels of poverty, unemployment, migration, and poor quality of education and healthcare services.
