Patna, Aug. 4 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Working President and Leader of Opposition in the Bihar Assembly Tejaswi Prasad Yadav Tuesday alleged that the investigation into the murder of Dehri Executive Officer (EO) Vimal Kumar was being influenced to shield the "real culprits" and demanded a fair and impartial probe into the case.
After meeting the bereaved family, Yadav told newspersons here that the killing was "not merely the murder of an Executive Officer but the murder of the administrative system." He claimed that the incident had created fear among government officials and reflected a deteriorating law and order situation in Bihar.
