Patna, April 28 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) national working president Tejashwi Yadav Tuesday launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), alleging that under the current regime, "being a Bihari has become the biggest crime and an act of sedition."Referring to a recent incident in Delhi, where a 23-year-old youth from Bihar's Khagaria, identified as Pandav Kumar, was allegedly shot dead, Yadav claimed here that the youth was targeted solely for being a Bihari.
