Patna, Sept. 23 -- RJD leader and Bihar Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of weakening the jurisdiction of the other two Election Commissioners and alleged that the elections in Bihar and West Bengal were conducted "fraudulently" at the behest of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and union Home Minister Amit Shah. He demanded fresh elections in both states.
Addressing the media in Patna, he said, "The way the Election Commission conducted the elections in Bihar and West Bengal in a fraudulent manner has now come to light in the report.
