Tehran, April 2 (Sputnik/UNI) Iran is proposing the development of the "Strait of Hormuz Pact" that would allow the Arab and Asian countries, as well as several European countries, to use the strait, Elias Hazrati, the head of the Iranian government information council, said on Thursday.
