Manas R. BannerjeeSiliguri, Aug. 2 -- Jitendra Kumar has assumed charge as Executive Director of NHPC Limited's Regional Office in Siliguri. He took over the additional responsibility on August 1 while continuing to head the 510 MW Teesta-V Power Station.
Mr Kumar joined NHPC on November 13, 1995, and has over three decades of experience in the hydropower sector. During his career, he has served in border regions and states including Manipur, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Sikkim and Bhutan.
