Thiruvananthapuram, Oct. 4 -- Technopark has invited e-tenders from reputed developers for the design and construction of a prefabricated IT office building with an approximate total built-up area of two lakh square feet at its Phase III campus here.
The project, to be executed on a design-and-build basis, includes the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of the proposed prefabricated IT office building.
The bidder should be an Indian company, Limited Liability Partnership, partnership firm or proprietorship legally eligible to enter into contracts.
