Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 18 -- Technopark has invited Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed co-developers for the construction and operation of the second IT office building under its integrated IT micro-township project 'QUAD' at Technopark Phase IV (Technocity), near Pallippuram.
The second IT building will come up on 4.50 acres of land and will be allotted to the selected co-developer on a long-term lease of 30 years, extendable up to 90 years, Technopark said.
The QUAD project is a 30-acre non-SEZ integrated IT township envisaging two IT towers, a commercial complex and residential facilities. Construction of the first IT building, being developed by Technopark, is already under way.
