Patna, July 19 -- A group of elected teacher representatives and former office-bearers of the Delhi University Teacher's Association (DUTA) has submitted a memorandum to Bihar Governor and Chancellor of State Universities, Lieutenant General (Retd.) Syed Ata Hasnain, urging him to intervene against the proposed restructuring of undergraduate constituent colleges in Bihar.
