Agartala, Oct. 30 -- Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha opened the state's first Tea Auction Centre at P N Complex in the city to facilitate tea growers to earn better prices, cut transport costs and strengthen the tea industry.
Calling the opening a historic day for Tripura, Dr Saha credited the government, departments and other partners, describing it as the result of Team Tripura's efforts. He linked the project to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call to dream big and turn aspirations into action, saying state development plans were now moving ahead.
