Chandigarh, May 25 -- The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HARERA), Panchkula, has ordered three months' civil imprisonment for five directors of TDI Infrastructure Limited, including Managing Director Kamal Taneja, for repeatedly defying the authority's orders in a long-pending consumer matter.
The order was passed by the bench of HARERA member Chander Shekhar while hearing an execution petition filed by complainant Narendra Kumar in connection with a case dating back to 2019.
