Hyderabad, Aug. 21 -- : Global customer experience solutions firm TDCX on Friday opened its second campus in India at Meenakshi Eco Park, here , with the expansion coming amid a more than six-fold increase in the company's India headcount over the past three years.
In a release, the Singapore based company said the new campus reinforces India's position as TDCX's fourth-largest operations base and strengthens Hyderabad's role in the company's global delivery network.
Hyderabad is among TDCX's fastest-growing locations, supported by its technology ecosystem, talent pool and growing presence in customer experience, sales, digital support and technology-enabled services.
