Mumbai, July 25 -- Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company Tata Consumer Products has officially announced that it posted a 27.8pc increase in its net profit at Rs 427 crore in the first quarter of financial year 2027 (Q1 FY27), supported by steady growth across its branded businesses.

Revenue from operations increased 11.93pc year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 5,348.88 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 28.41pc YoY to Rs 444.86 crore, despite a softer performance compared to the previous quarter.
