Chennai, July 25 -- Even as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jospeh Vijay is slated to hold talks with his Karnataka counterpart DK Shivakumar over the Cauvery row, the principal opposition DMK on Saturday urged him to abandon the negotiations, terming it a conspiracy to dilute the lower riparian state's legitimate rights secured through decades-long legal battle, while urging the governmentto convene an all party meeting to discuss the next course of action.
