Hyderabad, June 17 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Wednesday said the future of Telangana lies in classrooms, not in "glass palaces or colourful walls."Speaking at a public meeting after inaugurating the Telangana Public School (TPS) at Arutla in Rangareddy district, the Chief Minister said the school was dedicated not only to the village but also to the 27 lakh students studying in government schools across the state.

He said the government was strengthening public education based on the recommendations of the Education Commission and was committed to transforming government schools into centres of excellence.
