Hyderabad, Sept. 24 -- Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd (RCML) today announced the appointment of Sudarshan Patodia as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective September 23.
Patodia succeeds Vikas Maheshwari, who stepped down as CFO on August 31, the hospital said in a release .
He will oversee the company's finance functions, including business and corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, capital allocation and financial governance.
A Chartered Accountant and Gold Medallist, Patodia has nearly two decades of experience across the healthcare, retail and FMCG sectors, with expertise in finance, treasury, investor relations, strategy, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions.
