Hyderabad, July 24 -- Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy today directed officials to ensure that Indiramma houses planned in Hyderabad's core urban region are constructed within existing residential areas so that beneficiaries do not lose access to employment and livelihood opportunities.
Chairing a review meeting on the Indiramma Housing Scheme, the Chief Minister instructed officials to identify and utilise unused government lands within the Outer Ring Road (ORR), particularly those belonging to the Police, Revenue and Transport departments. He said alternative land could be allotted to these departments elsewhere to facilitate the housing project.
