Jammu, Aug. 7 -- Acting swiftly after an SUV evaded a security checkpoint in Ramban district of Jammu and Kashmir, police have arrested one of the three accused and ruled out any terror angle in the incident.

Police officials said that during the wee hours, Probationary Sub-Inspector Mohsin of Police Station Chanderkote, who was deployed as the in-charge of the Cut-off Naka at Kunfer on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, informed authorities telephonically that an SUV had reached the naka from the JP Gate Link Road.
