Chandigarh, July 14 -- In a significant legal relief for the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC), the Supreme Court has dismissed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) challenging the Punjab and Haryana High Court's review judgment that upheld the Group-20 recruitment process and the appointments made under it.
The Supreme Court dismissed SLP (Civil) No. 17373 of 2026, Subhender and Others vs Haryana Staff Selection Commission through its Secretary and Others, thereby leaving intact the High Court's review judgment dated March 27, 2026.
The petition had challenged the High Court's review order and sought a stay on its operation as well as its quashing.
