Ahmedabad, May 12 -- Washington Sundar produced a timely counterattacking half-century under pressure as Gujarat Titans recovered from early setbacks to post a competitive 168 for five against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their IPL 2026 encounter at the Narendra Modi Stadium here on Tuesday.
On a surface where stroke-making was not entirely straightforward early on, Gujarat appeared headed for a below-par total after losing both skipper Shubman Gill and wicketkeeper-batsman Jos Buttler cheaply inside the powerplay.
