Chennai, Sept. 28 -- The main Opposition DMK on Monday lodged a complaint with the Special Investigation Team (SIT), probing the POCSO case involving 84-year-old paedophile accused Veeramani, seeking to summon Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay and Ministers Aadhav Arjuna and CTR.Nirmal Kumar for questioning for levelling allegations against the party of having tried to cover up the case.
DMK Treasurer and Parliamentary Party leader T.R. Baalu submitted the complaint to the SIT and requested the investigating officers to summon the three and obtain the evidence and other materials in their possession relating to the allegations made in connection with the case.
