New Delhi, July 7 -- The Indian Stock Markets on Tuesday ended in red with markets failed to hold on to their early gains. Indices snapped a four-session winning streak to end marginally lower.
At close, the Sensex was down 104.35 points or 0.13 percent at 78,180.72, and the Nifty was down 31.65 points or 0.13 percent at 24,398.70.
The overall market capitalisation of BSE-listed firms dropped to below Rs 480 lakh crore from Rs 482.3 lakh crore in the previous session.
