Patna, July 14 -- The Bihar government on Tuesday launched the State-Level Cooperation Programme aimed at providing transparent, impartial, and time-bound resolutions of public grievances.
The Chief Minister inaugurated the Application Reception Centre at the Chief Minister's Secretariat and the "Sahyog Path" connecting Deshratna Marg to the Secretariat. During the inaugural State-Level Cooperation Camp, 129 applications were registered, of which 100 were taken up for disposal.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister directed the officials to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of every complaint and to take action against officers or employees who show negligence or fail to process applications efficiently. The Chief Minister said the ...
