Bhubaneswar, July 7 -- The 15th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eastern Zonal Council on Tuesday resolved to strengthen inter-state coordination among eastern states, expedite the resolution of pending issues, and ensure the effective implementation of key developmental programmes.
The meeting, organised by the Inter-State Council Secretariat under the union Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with the Odisha government, brought together senior officials and representatives from Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal to deliberate on a wide range of inter-state and governance-related issues.
