Chennai, April 18 -- Thanking all the leaders of the Opposition Congress-led INDIA bloc, including Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, for defeating the Delimitation Bill in Parliament, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin on Saturday flayed the BJP-led government at the Centre and accused it of having tried to divide the peope as North and South, weaken and defeat them, redraw India's political map for their own gains but INDIA stood together and defeated their designs.
The DMK is a key partner of the INDIA bloc at the National level and was heading the multi-party Secular Progressive Alliance (SPA) in Tamil Nadu, in which Congress is a senior ally.
