Chennai, April 4 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M.K. Stalin lambasted AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami for his remarks on his relationship with his father and late DMK Patriarch M Karunanidhi and said EPS, who has exceeded his limits, has no right or locus standi to make such comments on his relationship with his father, the late Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi.
He said the fear of losing the elections has gripped EPS and he has exceeded his limits.
Reacting to Mr. Palaniswami's allegation that he had kept his father under house arrest, Mr. Stalin said it was Kalaignar (as Mr Karunanidhi was affectionately called by DMK leaders and cadre) who had given him life and made him what he is today.
