Chennai, March 24 -- Reiterating the ruling DMK's more than a century-old commiment for women's empowerment and pledging his support for women's reservation without any preconditions, Party President and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin stressed the need for a fair delimination and demanded convening a Special Session of Parliament in the month of June to bring in Constitutional Amendment on delimitation and distribution of constituencies.
