Chennai, March 6 -- Slamming the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP government at the Centre, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin joined the opposition chorus sought to know why should India need another country's approval to secure its own energy needs in the wake of the United States reportedly permitting India to purchase Russian oil for 30 days.
