Lucknow, April 14 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today launched a sharp attack on the Samajwadi Party, its chief Akhilesh Yadav, and the Congress on the occasion of the 135th birth anniversary of Babasaheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, by recalling the attack on BSP chief Mayawati at the state guest house in 1995 by SP supporters and the silence on the issue by the Congress.
He said, "The Samajwadi Party had revealed its true character through its brutal treatment of women at the State Guest House."The CM was referring to the attack on Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati by Samajwadi Party workers on June 2, 1995, after the BSP withdrew its support to the SP government in the state led by Mulayam Singh Yadav, leading to its collapse. ...
