Panchkula, Sept. 22 -- Conditions are favourable for the further withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from the remaining parts of Haryana and Chandigarh over the next two to three days, while isolated rainfall is likely to return to the region from September 26, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Tuesday.
In its All India Weather Summary and Forecast Bulletin issued at 8.59 am on September 22, the IMD said conditions were favourable for further withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from the remaining parts of Punjab, Haryana-Chandigarh-Delhi, some more parts of Rajasthan and parts of Saurashtra and Kutch, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and West Uttar Pradesh during the next two to three days.
