Suryapet (Telangana), Aug. 26 -- Six passengers, including five women, were killed and several others injured when a private bus rammed into a stationary truck at Kodad mandal in Suryapet district in the early hours of Wednesday, police said.
The accident occurred when the bus, carrying around 42 passengers, was travelling to Eluru in Andhra Pradesh from Hyderabad.
All six victims died on the spot, while the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment, police added.
