Bengaluru, May 21 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday held a closed-door meeting with senior ministers and party leaders to discuss the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, ahead of the issue being formally taken up by the state cabinet later in the day.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, IT/BT and Rural Development Minister Priyank Kharge, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister HK Patil, and MLA AS Ponnanna.
