Munger, Aug. 28 -- The month-long Shravani Yoga Sadhana organised during Chaturmas at Paduka Darshan, Sannyas Peeth, concluded here on Friday with instructors advising participants to continue yoga practice as part of their daily routine.

The programme, conducted under the guidance of instructors from the Bihar School of Yoga, provided participants with regular practice of yoga postures, pranayama, mantra sadhana, meditation and relaxation.

"Yoga should not remain confined to a camp or a period of spiritual practice. The practices learnt during the programme should become part of daily life," Swami Shivadhyanam said at the concluding session.
