Shimla, March 20 -- The Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, has issued a show cause notice to the Principal of Government Senior Secondary School, Dhalli, in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh for alleged dereliction of duty and disobedience of orders issued by higher authorities.
The action follows the disconnection of electricity supply to Government Primary School, Dhalli, which falls under the cluster of the senior secondary school.
The connection was reportedly cut off on January 27, 2026 due to non-payment of electricity bills.
