Patna, May 1 -- The shooting of Hindi feature film "Sarkari Medium" has officially been completed, with the entire schedule wrapped across locations in Bihar's East Champaran district.

The film was shot at the local Mahatma Gandhi Central University in Motihari, East Champaran district, and the surrounding villages of Chandrahiya. Post-production work will begin next month. The film will be released to audiences this year. The movie was filmed from April 17th to May 1st at various locations in the East Champaran district.

The film's cast was selected through open auditions. The film's lead actors, Kumar Kanhaiya Singh and Dr. Trishya Shree, along with most of the film's cast, are from Bihar.
