Suhl (Germany), June 18 -- Indian shooters began their ISSF Junior World Championship 2026 campaign on a high by winning three medals in the women's 10m air pistol event here on Thursday.

Sejal Kamble and Himanshi won the individual gold and bronze medals, respectively, while Vanshika Chaudhary, along with Navya and Sanskriti Bana, bagged the women's team gold.

In the medal round, Sejal Kamble was the runaway winner with a score of 240.2, whileBulgaria's Maria Encheva Atanasova took the silver with 235.8. Himanshi (217.6) hadto settle for bronze after losing to Atanasova in a shootout. Vanshika was fourth with191.3.
