Bengaluru, July 15 -- Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Wednesday launched a blistering counterattack on union Minister HD Kumaraswamy over the proposed Bidadi integrated township project, accusing him of opposing a scheme conceived by his own JD(S)-BJP government, while announcing that the state would constitute an expert committee within two to three months to examine its legal, technical and other aspects before taking a final decision on its implementation.
