Bengaluru, March 9 -- The completion of six years by Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar as KPCC president on Tuesday has coincided with his extended stay in New Delhi, fuelling fresh speculation within political circles over the future leadership dynamics in the Karnataka Congress.
Shivakumar, who has been in the national capital for the past two days, said his visit was linked to party programmes and personal engagements. He noted that he had arrived in Delhi on Sunday to attend a private wedding ceremony in the family of a close associate of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh.
