Mumbai, May 17 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) on Sunday criticised the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), alleging that civic staff recruitment has remained only on paper for the past four years while patient services in Mumbai's public hospitals continue to suffer.
In a post shared on X from its official handle, the party alleged that despite repeated announcements regarding recruitment, healthcare services were deteriorating due to shortage of manpower.
Shiv Sena (UBT) raised concerns over understaffing in BMC-run hospitals, stating that shortages of medical officers, nurses, technicians and support staff were affecting public healthcare services in Mumbai.
